The total accommodation charge will be processed between 1 and 5 days prior to your arrival date. *No refunds are available for modifications or cancellations made within 15 days before your arrival date. *In the case of date changes, the difference in rates will be charged depending on the season you wish to reschedule. *We do not have cribs or extra beds available. *We offer private parking, but spaces are limited and cannot be reserved. *Pets are not allowed. *We do not have facilities adapted for people with special needs. Casa Santo Origen operates under the 'Guest House' concept, so there is no receptionist or administrative staff on-site. On your arrival day, once the full payment of your reservation has been confirmed, we will send you the necessary details via WhatsApp or email to access the property and your room.

 

Cancellation free of charge low season

You can cancel without penalty charge up to 15 days in advance of your arrival.

High season cancellation free of charge

You can cancel without penalty charge up to 30 days in advance of your arrival. (Deaths Day, Guelaguetza, Christmas, bridges and holidays).

Late cancellation and No Show

In case of cancellation out of time or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservatio

 

Terms and Conditions

• The published rates do not include taxes, (16% VAT, 3% ISH).

• Rates per room, per night in single or double occupancy.

• European Plan Rate (Does not include food, only accommodation).

• The Hotel is a 100% smoke-free establishment, so smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

• Late Check Out subject to availability.
